I am currently a 4th year medical student and I was recently thinking about taking a class on Acupressure and possibly even Acupuncture. Being that these methods have their roots in ancient Taoist traditions (with Polytheistic foundations), would it be forbidden to learn such methods as a Jew? The Acupressure & Acupuncture are considered as an effective medical methods for some indicetions, so their use is allowed.
